North Carolina

WEB Grocery stores and convenience stores open on July 4th can sell beer and wine but you can only buy liquor at ABC stores in North Carolina. Stores will be open during normal business hours.

Texas

WEB According to the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission Texas law states that you can buy alcohol from grocery and convenience stores from 7 a.m. until midnight. Costco will close all stores on July 4th.

General

Most stores will be open regular hours on July 4th. Pharmacy hours may vary by location. Most retail and grocery stores will be open on July 4th with the exception of Costco. Others may operate with reduced or limited hours.
